Cold store in Annweiler am Trifels
The perfect fill
The former cold store in Annweiler am Trifels was recently filled with approximately 500 cubic metres of Liapor expanded clay fill (Liapor 1-4 SG). As a compression-resistant aggregate, this fill will ensure the long-term structural stability of the vaulted roof which was threatening to collapse. What is more, it could be applied particularly easily and quickly by hose.
