Easy to work

No-fines Liapor walls are stable and pressure-resistant and offer excellent insulation values thanks to the expanded clay spheres they contain. The many air-filled pores in the expanded clay spheres as well as in the voids between them give the no-fines Liapor wall elements their many outstanding properties. These include the excellent thermal insulating and heat storage capabilities as well as the high internal material damping. As a result, Liapor wall elements can achieve greater insulation against airborne sound than their weight per unit area alone would suggest. What is more, the no-fines prefabricated wall elements are non-flammable components belonging to the highest fire protection class (A1) and even low wall thicknesses achieve the highest fire resistance time of F180-A as defined in DIN 4102.

For internal and external walls

Thanks to their non-capillary structure, Liapor wall elements are unaffected by frost or damp and are not subject to rotting or mildew. Instead, the somewhat rough, dense surface of the vapour-permeable Liapor expanded clay spheres regulates indoor humidity and ensures that room interiors benefit from a balanced, healthy atmosphere at all times. Another advantage of the no-fines Liapor wall elements lies in their ease of handling, making them the perfect solution for the construction of all internal and external walls.
